In the morning of February 25, it became known about another shelling of Kostyantynivka in Donetsk region. Today, the Russian Federation completely destroyed the bus station and several buildings located near it with a missile strike.

What is known about the victims

Several people in the vicinity suffered minor injuries. Some of them received medical assistance. One woman refused to be hospitalized, although she was significantly injured by the blast wave. “The woman was lightly injured and refused hospitalization. She was injured by the blast wave, as a result of broken window glass,” said Serhiy Horbunov, acting head of Kostyantynivka MVA, in a comment to Suspilne.

Destruction by impact

The station building in Kostiantynivka was almost completely destroyed. The Orthodox church located nearby was also reportedly heavily damaged. The shockwave smashed windows in several surrounding buildings. The shelling destroyed several parking lots, 2 private and 12 apartment buildings, 21 shops, 19 trade pavilions, and three educational institutions. The occupiers also damaged administrative buildings, a post office and a kiosk near the train station. As a reminder, Russia is shelling Donetsk region every day, shifting the responsibility for the attacks to Ukraine.
