How Maksym Krippa buys up iconic real estate
It has been reported that investor Maksym Krippa has purchased the iconic Ukraina Hotel through Ola Fine LLC for UAH 2.5 billion, including VAT and debt obligations. According to real estate market consultant Oleksandr Nosach, the upcoming renovation of the property could cost more than $30 million. In an interview with Forbes, he said that the investor wants to modernize the hotel while preserving the historical authenticity of the building, as he considers it an important cultural landmark.
The businessman also owns one of Kyiv’s best business centers, Parus, and has purchased a historic estate in Kozyatyn.

In addition to high-profile deals on the Ukrainian market, Maksym Krippa has recently reached a new level in the residential real estate sector, becoming a co-owner of the DIM development company. This partnership opens up additional opportunities for him to influence the capital’s construction market.
What does Maksym Krippa own in the UAE?
Back in 2016, the businessman moved to the United Arab Emirates, seeing it as a chance to strategically gain a foothold in the international investment field. According to him, the Dubai real estate market was in a deep crisis at the time, and it was the perfect time to invest. Since then, the value of the acquired properties has in some cases increased by 5-7 times.
As of 2025, Crippa owns more than 100 thousand square meters of real estate in the Emirates – its assets include business centers, residential projects, land plots and new buildings located in close proximity to Dubai Mall.

Born in Kyiv, Maksym Krippa has lived in the United Arab Emirates since 2016. In 2018, he started investing in Ukraine again. His appearance on the Ukrainian real estate market was accompanied by a rapid growth of investments in the digital sphere – esports, game development, and media production.
