Maksym Krippa, owner of the Parus business center and Ukraine Hotel, is expanding his investment portfolio. The businessman has entered into a partnership agreement with the DIM developer to expand his business into the construction sector.
The Dim-Bud press service confirmed the finalization of the deal and plans for further cooperation.
Krippa’s new strategic alliance with DIM developer
DIM is one of the leading residential real estate developers in Kyiv and the region with a total area of over 900,000 sq m. The company has already commissioned more than 356,000 square meters of residential and commercial space, and 3,670 apartments have been delivered to their owners. Currently, 6 large-scale projects with a total area of 346,000 square meters are under construction.
Attracting Maksym Krippa’s investment will allow DIM to complete ongoing construction projects and start working on new complexes. The availability of external financing minimizes the developer’s dependence on sales, which will contribute to the stability of construction.
Krippa is actively investing in various industries: he owns the NAVI esports team and GSC Game World studio, which works on popular games, including the Cossacks and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series.
