Maksym Krippa, known as an IT investor, is preparing to expand his portfolio to include real estate. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has confirmed that his company, Ola Fine LLC<\/a>, has received a permit for the acquisition of Parus Holding LLC<\/strong>, which owns the Parus business center in the center of Kyiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was reported<\/a> by the AMCU press service on November 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Market experts note that this step demonstrates Maksym Krippa’s ambitions that go beyond the IT sector. Until now, most of the shares in Parus Holding were owned by another influential businessman, but with the acquisition of the company, Maksym Krippa is close to gaining full control over this object.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to open sources, until now, 80% of the shares in Parus Holding LLC were owned by businessman Vadym Stolar<\/a> through his Genesis Foundation. Another 20% was owned by his ex-wife, Inna Maistruk, through the Stream Investment<\/strong> fund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is characterized by its grandeur – 33 floors and a height of 133.1 meters (with an antenna – 149.5 meters), which makes it one of the tallest buildings in the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n

The main feature of Parus is its modern equipment and comfortable business environment. Each office floor can withstand a load of up to 250 kg\/m\u00b2<\/strong>, and a typical office area is about 1,168 m\u00b2<\/strong>. The building is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, ventilation and full HVAC climate control systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Parus BC<\/a> offers a variety of additional services for its tenants and visitors. There are two conference halls, restaurants, a dining room, and an autonomous fan coil heating system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
